Craig is the founder of Regent Peak Wealth Advisors. Prior to Regent Peak, Craig served 25 years as both Founder and Managing Director of Robson & Associates, a high net worth wealth advisory practice within Merrill Lynch. At Regent Peak, he serves as Managing Director and sets the firm’s overall vision and strategy. The formation of Regent Peak Wealth Advisors, an independent advisory firm, is a direct result of Craig’s desire to provide all relationships with objective advice free from the conflicts of interest that might come from large institutions.
Craig earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Lehigh University in 1991. For the next 3 years Craig provided consulting services on behalf of Accenture Consulting, primarily within their manufacturing and information technology divisions, to both publicly traded and privately held corporations. An unexpected opportunity to employ his practice management experiences within the financial services industry arose and in 1994 Craig embarked on creating a unique wealth advisory offering within Merrill Lynch.
Craig has been recognized for his investment acumen including being named in Barron’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and most recently 2018. Craig also was recognized by Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list in 2019. Craig holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designations as well as the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Craig also holds all the relevant general securities registrations and insurance licenses.
Craig and his wife Angelia have two children (Nicholas and Lucas) and reside in Brookhaven, Georgia. He enjoys playing ice hockey, swimming, hiking, volunteering for animal rescue groups and coaching youth sports. If there are two things that drive Kevin in his professional career, they are building and cultivating relationships and a passion for finance, capital markets and economics. Kevin has found the perfect marriage of these elements as the Chief Financial Officer with Regent Peak Wealth Advisors.
After graduating from Wake Forest University in 2002 with a degree in Finance, Kevin began his career with Merrill Lynch, which is where he spent his first 16 years, the last 5 of which as a member of Robson & Associates. In 2019, he joined Craig as Regent Peak was founded. What excited Kevin most about Regent Peak was their vision of an environment where they could partner with clients with full autonomy to provide advice and guidance, not constrained by a set of policies designed to protect the interests of a large corporation over the families that it served.
In this role as Chief Financial Officer, Kevin is primarily responsible for managing a subset of relationships for Regent Peak. He works closely with these families to understand their priorities and goals as well as their concerns. With those inputs in mind, Kevin works to layout a path to accomplishing those goals in the most efficient way possible. Whether it be planning for education, income protection, a realistic look at retirement or leveraging debt responsibly, there are many ways to accomplish one’s goals, but it’s Kevin’s objective to identify the solutions that align best with a family’s particular set of circumstances. Kevin holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
Kevin lives in Atlanta with his wife, two daughters and son. When not working, he enjoys time with his family and is an avid golfer and runner. He also serves as Chairman of the Associate Board for the Atlanta Chapter of Back on My Feet, a nonprofit organization that uses running and community as catalysts to help those experiencing homelessness to make meaningful life change.
Amey is originally from Santa Rosa, CA in the heart of the Sonoma County wine region. With family ties to Atlanta, GA, she recently relocated to the area to be closer to her favorite aunt, Juliette. She was raised with her older brother, Paul, and has 8 half siblings and 14 nieces and nephews. Paul is her best friend. They speak almost daily.
In her role as Office Manager, she serves as support for our clients as well as for our team in keeping daily operations and communications organized and running smoothly. She comes to us with a 17-year career with her prior company. Her positive energy and infectious smile are a delightful addition to the Regent Peak team.
Amey enjoys running, especially with the Back on My Feet community, a non-profit organization where she volunteers and serves on the board. She enjoys outdoor events like hiking, camping and festivals. She also enjoys attending/viewing sporting events, concerts, the theater and craft beer tastings. She volunteers at her church, Cascade United Methodist, loves meeting new people, dog sitting, and kids.
