As the Chief of Staff at Regent Peak Wealth Advisors, I partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, and keep priorities moving forward. With more than 14 years of experience supporting C-suite executives and leading cross-functional projects, I am passionate about bringing structure to complexity and helping teams execute with clarity and purpose.

Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for anticipating needs, solving problems before they become obstacles, and fostering strong relationships across all levels of an organization. I believe the best business outcomes come from thoughtful collaboration, clear communication, and a servant-hearted approach to leadership.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, training for my first Disney Princess Half Marathon, traveling with family, giving back to the community in an array of volunteer capacities, and cheering on my daughter’s softball adventures. I reside in Smyrna, Georgia with my husband, Geoffrey, daughter Amy and our rescue dogs, Ozzie and Echo.
