Client Service Associate

Originally from New York, I began my career in the insurance industry in 2002, building a strong foundation on the individual insurance side within brokerage firms. Over the years, I has held a variety of leadership and client-focused roles, including Case Manager, and most recently, Director of Client Experience, where I played an integral role in the growth and development of a Brokerage General Agency (BGA).

I bring a unique combination of operational expertise, relationship-building, and client service excellence to my work. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial Psychology from Nichols College, as well as a Master of Science in Education from Mercy University.

Known for my people-first approach and dedication to creating exceptional client experiences, I value strong relationships and operational efficiency in every aspect of business.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending weekends at the ball field cheering on my son or escaping on weekend getaways with my family.
