New Heights | Q4 2021

Every year around this time, the thought hits us, "Wow, where did the year go?" On the heels of 2020, we held such high hopes for 2021. While it may not have been the year any of us anticipated, we have made the most of it! Most importantly we've been able to get back to face-to-face meetings, when allowed and if all parties are comfortable. It feels nice to see our clients again!

We welcome the holiday season and look forward to wrapping up the year with family and friends.

Our Team is Growing

In October we welcomed Zach Jurich, our newest team member, as our Client Service Associate. He works closely with Carmen and Emily in this role. Zach is a native to Kennesaw, Georgia, and he graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2020 with a Bachelor in Business Administration and Business Law Minor. During his time at KSU, he was involved in KSU's Student Managed Investment Fund, in both a Jr. Analyst role and later Managing Director.

Zach and his girlfriend, Morgan, volunteer as fosters at Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue, a local dog rescue organization. During their free time they enjoy traveling, skiing, exploring new places, and trying new foods. Zach loves all things golf, competing in amateur golf tournaments, reading, and Georgia football. Go Dawgs!

Learn more about Zach in the coming social media posts and stay engaged with all of our team members on our website.

Next Semester's Tuition Bill

A courtesy reminder to begin thinking through your next steps for any upcoming tuition bills. If you have a 529 and intend to use funds to cover the cost of an upcoming tuition bill, please give us an early notification as it pertains to the amount and deadlines.

To ensure timely payment and confirmation of receipt from the educational institution, we recommend you pay the institution and utilize the 529 to request reimbursement to yourself. In some cases, paperwork is needed to fulfill these requests. In other instances, you may be able to fulfill this distribution online yourself. Please reach out to us to discuss.

Peak Performance at Our Core

As 2021 got underway, we made it a focus of ours to formalize our core values. As we sit here today, we are pleased with the collective efforts we put forth in identifying meaningful values that resonate with each of us as individuals and collectively across the firm. We're thrilled to share these with you. Take a closer look by clicking here.
